The 12 BEST Malls in Cavite – The Transport Queen

CAVITE – It was quite a long time since I thought of writing these down, and finally, came to a NEED to publish this since I was surprised that some Caviteños didn’t even know or had been to the usual malls we love going to in Cavite. Ever since we transferred in the South, it became our habit to explore the area, actually there are malls everywhere in Cavite, a balance of urban and rural life which we loved. But here were just a few that became some of our favorite places to go.

1. The Acienda, Designer Outlet

What we love: The Acienda, as the name itself says is a Designer Outlet, a hub for shopaholics wherein you can buy numerous choices of designer items – Bags, Shoes, clothes, etc. Sports shoes are always on sale here for up to 50-70% OFF. It is definitely 100% instagrammable, a perfect place for your family to enjoy.

acienda2. Ayala Malls, Serin

What we love: Cold weather and pasalubong shops! Yes, we truly go over here for the cold weather plus to buy some of our favorites: Guyabano juice, Turmeric tea, Muscovado sugar, lettuce, among others. Plus, we also get to visit the Original Hot Sauce Store, their sauce was featured at Guinness Book of Records holding the chilliest sauce ever – better try it for yourself. Plus they have Ahmad Teas of London which have different variety of teas. Sometimes, I came here to buy lots of teas for resell, and buy sauce too, perfect for my chicken wings! They also have Japan Home Center, S&R and have awesome finds at their mini bazaars at their mini park area. Conan however, loved the Timezone area here while me and my daughter loved the “tiangge” area where you can buy really nice clothes at a cheaper price.

  • Location: Rotonda Tagaytay Emilo Aguinaldo Highway, Silang Crossing, East

What we love: Open park. The beauty of their open park inspires me to write a separate blog about this just to showcase how serene it looked. Fora Mall are for those who loved exclusivity, it is not your usual crowded mall but it boasts of shopping choices and also caters to your needs. At the back of it is a hidden park open to the public where you can enjoy the cool breeze of Tagaytay, the kids can run freely and you can also enjoy taking pictures at their beautiful garden.

4. The District, Ayala Mall, Imus

What we love: Location, restaurants and grocery. Due to its proximity to our home, this is our “go to” mall especially for meet-ups. We usually hang out at Starbucks for meetings, dine in at Pizza Hut then do some errands at the Market Market grocery. Plus, they also have Mercury Drugstore so its like a all-in-one shopping center plus there’s a play/game zone too for kids!

5. CityMall

What we love: Play area. CityMall is a small mall but has everything you need – dining area, groceries, plus they have a big play area for kids which the kids can enjoy for FREE! In this area, there are also various activities as well like zumba, and belly dancing. I think these dance classes are free.

6. SM Center Imus

What we love: A park inside a mall where you can just be lazy around along with others who just simply enjoy an indoor park. Plus, our habit of buying at Dunkin Donuts and Shawarma whenever we visit here. Doing your banking needs here with BDO is recommended too, transaction less the crowd. Plus, this is the home of the awesome Awesamgyupsal is

10. Vista Mall Daang Hari

What we love: ALL HOME! Should I say more? This is where we bought our tiles for our home improvement. Plus, their kids play area beside the Coffee Project is our favorite stop over for Conan to play and mingle with other kids. Playing is 100% FREE!

  • Location: Advincula Road, Brgy. Alapan II-B, Imus Cavite
  • Facebook page: The Square

What we love: Location, Play area while we do banking. Best things in life are FREE and this is definitely true at The Square. We frequented this place to cater for our banking needs while letting Conan play at the playground at the back of the mall. Aside from its proximity, the place is exclusive so you can have some peace of mind while you let your kid enjoy playing. They have slides, swings, see-saw and other baby animal shaped rockers. Plus, there are variety of restaurants to enjoy too!

What we love: Decathlon and playing areas for kids. Yes, Robinsons Place is the home of Decathlon Philippines, an outlet for sports buff. At Decathlon, you can enroll and enjoy some sports for free or for just a very minimal registration fee. Last November, they had Yoga for free every Saturday. And still ongoing is their Karate session for just P120. Just visit their facebook page to register. Also at Robinsons, there are kiddie area at the 2nd floor, this is where our usual hang out whenever we visit Robinsons.

Evia Lifestyle Center – why bonus? because Evia is located at the boundary of Bacoor and Las Piñas, so let us adopt Evia to our list

What we love: Interior and exterior design, branded shopping outlets, restaurants, indoor park, fully air-conditioned, 100% instagrammable plus enjoying all of these for FREE! Yes, dropping by at Evia is a MUST if you want to relax and just enjoy strolling. The way their “indoor sky” was designed will leave you in awe. Especially, their indoor park is so cool and cold too! So you won’t have to sweat out. If you love watching cinema without the crowd, then definitely try it here. My little Conan enjoyed running here and there at their open park, while daddy enjoys checking out at the nearby branded outlets.
