Housing Loan requirements for Self- employed:

- Business permit
- income tax return 2017
- bir receipt paid for the itr 2017
- audited financial statements
- picture of establishment
- employee statement of accumulated value from pag-ibig
- 2 valid government id with specimen signature of principal buyer
- 2 valid government id with specimen signature of spouse if married
- Special Power of Attorney
- Birth certificate and cenomar/Marriage Contract
- Proof of billing
- Barangay clearance
- house sketch
Housing loan requirements for Overseas Filipino Workers:
- 4pcs 1×1
- Latest Employment Contract
- Proof of remittances or three months payslip
- Employee statement of accumulated value from pag-ibig (E-SAV)
- 2 valid government id with specimen signature of principal buyer
- 2 valid government id with specimen signature of spouse if married
- Special Power of Attorney
- Birth certificate and cenomar/Marriage Contract
- Proof of billing
- Barangay clearance
- house sketch
- Consularized Special Power of Attorney
- Departure and arrival entry in ph
- 2 valid government id of representative
Even paying via deferred cash requires minimal documentary requirements. So if you do not qualify for Pag-Ibig or bank loans, you can still get a housing loan if the developer have inhouse financing options. This requires just the basic documents but it also imposes a bigger interest rate.
