Here are the usual requirements needed for housing loan particularly HDMF or the Pag-Ibig. Bank requirements were likewise almost the same. Documents needed varies per developer.

  • Special Power of Attorney

  • Proof of remittances or three months payslip
  • Employee statement of accumulated value from pag-ibig (E-SAV)

  • 2 valid government id with specimen signature of spouse if married

Even paying via deferred cash requires minimal documentary requirements. So if you do not qualify for Pag-Ibig or bank loans, you can still get a housing loan if the developer have inhouse financing options. This requires just the basic documents but it also imposes a bigger interest rate.
